What exactly is ZeroWaste™? (in short)

ZeroWaste is a pop-up eGifting program where recipients pick their own gift (size, color, style, etc.) from a curated collection. Nothing is produced or shipped until they choose, so no leftover inventory, no wasted budget, and no spreadsheets.

How does it work?

You set a buy period (say, two weeks). Employees or clients get a link, pick their gift, and once the window closes, everything goes into bulk production and ships directly to them. Easy, automated, and waste-free.

What types of gifts can we offer?

Practically any swag item or even non branded gift where it is challenging to predict quantities in advance. ZeroWaste is especially valuable for branded goods that come in different styles, sizes, or colors - like apparel or uniform - since your recipients get to choose what they actually want.

How is this different from a Company Store?

ZeroWaste is for single-use campaigns with a start and end date. Company Stores are ongoing programs where people can shop year-round.

What’s the minimum budget to run a ZeroWaste campaign?

ZeroWaste is designed for larger groups, typically 100+ recipients and budgets starting at $10k.

What if we don’t meet the minimums?

What does it cost?

  • • Platform Subscribers: Free (All fees waived)
  • • Non-Subscribers:
    •   • $500 setup fee + 10% of total gift value
    •   • If your budget is over $50k → only 5% of gift value
    •   • If your budget is $100k+ → all fees waived

Do we need to manage addresses or spreadsheets?

Nope. Recipients enter their own info at redemption, and the platform automates everything, - tracking, reporting, and delivery.

Can we brand the experience?

Yes. The landing page and redemption flow carry your logo, colors, and messaging so it feels 100% on-brand.

What if someone does not redeem their gift?

You only pay for what’s redeemed. Plus, you can send automated reminders to recipients so they don’t miss out.

How long does setup take?

Most programs launch in about 1–3 weeks.

Can we preview the experience before launch?

Yes. You’ll get a branded test link so you can walk through exactly what your recipients will see.

Is it hard to manage multiple campaigns a year?

Not at all. Many clients run holiday + summer + event campaigns. Once you’ve done one, it’s easy to duplicate and adjust for future needs.
