Paul Hobbs CrossBarn Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir: Vibrant ruby in color, the wine is bursting with aromas of juicy pomegranate, Bing cherry, and rhubarb, with hints of earl grey tea and cinnamon. Elegantly layered notes of ripe strawberry, raspberry, and fennel fronds create a harmonious and lifted palate accented by a delicate acidity and a subtle salinity.

Sterling Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2019. Semi-dry. Flavors of ripe black and red fruits, laced with clove and allspice, persist through the lengthy finish.

Napa 1847 Cabernet Sauvignon: The 1847 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is dark and brooding from the glass, with compelling aromas of black cherry, creme de cassis, and a hint of saddle leather.

Rombauer Chardonnay: Beautiful aromas of ripe yellow peach, Meyer lemon, and chamomile mingle together with hints of clove and vanilla. The peach, lemon, and vanilla spices continue onto the palate, which is rich and concentrated, the flavors blending seamlessly supported by a creamy round mouthfeel. 

Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc: Zesty citrus aromas and flavors and balanced acidity make this classic Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc perfect for a multitude of dishes.

Louis M. Martini Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon: A distinctly layered wine with notes of ripe dark plum, black currant and sage. Rich and full-bodied, this superbly balanced wine has an expansive mid-palate and an exceptionally long finish. Already displaying a refined profile, this vintage’s well-structured tannins and ample acidity will allow it to age for more than a decade.

The included corkscrew is double hinged, crafted with wood, stainless steel, and a non-stick worm, and is as gorgeous as it is functional. 

This set also includes a Kentucky Derby-inspired horse bottle stopper, crafted from pewter. With a stately design, the metal stopper with rubber seal provides a secure fit to most wine and spirit bottles.
