Proofs
A final proof is sent for customized orders above $500 and requires customer approval before starting production. Final proofs are available upon request for orders below $500.
There are two types of final proofs available, depending on the product you choose:

A digital PDF mock-up delivered by email (usually within 1-2 business days).

A customized product sample (as you would receive in your order), shipped within 3-6 business days.
Printing Method
Laser Engrave - Using a laser to decorate an item essentially vaporizes the item’s surface on the spot specified, leaving a cavity that reveals an image or writing at eye level that is noticeable to the touch as well. The color that results from laser engraving has a lot to do with the material the item is made of. Almost any type of material can be laser engraved, allowing very precise, elegant-looking promotional products.

The custom decoration process includes:
- 1. Design Approval
In order to ensure the design fits your expectation, a virtual mock-up/ final digital proof will be emailed within 48 hours for your approval. Prompt approval will ensure the fastest turnaround time for your order. Once approved, your order will move into the next stage of Production. - 2. Production
Most items are ready to ship within 5-7 business days after design approval. Rush production may be available upon request. - 3. Shipping
Shipping time is calculated after production time, from the point when your order is ready to ship.
- Orders received before 1 P.M. EST, Monday-Friday usually can ship same-day or at a requested future date.
- Orders received after 1 P.M. EST will usually be shipped on the following business day or at a requested future date.
