1. 1. Design Approval
   In order to ensure the design fits your expectation, a virtual mock-up/ final digital proof will be emailed within 48 hours for your approval. Prompt approval will ensure the fastest turnaround time for your order. Once approved, your order will move into the next stage of Production.
   
   
2. 2. Production
   Most items are ready to ship within 5-7 business days after design approval. Rush production may be available upon request.
   
   
3. 3. Shipping
   Shipping time is calculated after production time, from the point when your order is ready to ship.

• Orders received before 1 P.M. EST, Monday-Friday usually can ship same-day or at a requested future date.
• Orders received after 1 P.M. EST will usually be shipped on the following business day or at a requested future date.

We offer three types of product samples:

1. A digital pdf mock-up, customized with your logo and artwork
   Free of charge, sent by email. This option allows you to quickly preview the design with your logo and artwork, and share with others for approval.
   
   To get this sample, customize your product, and scroll down and click on Request a digital sample.
   
   
2. The actual product, fully customized with your logo and artwork
   A one-time set-up fee ($50 to $80, depending on the product) will be credited to your bulk order. A custom sample will be shipped to you to ensure the product is satisfactory.
   
   To get a custom sample, customize your product, then scroll down and click on Request a customized sample.
   
   
3. The actual product, customized with a random company’s logo and artwork.
   Receive a generic sample to ensure the product is satisfactory. (Combine this option with the digital PDF mock-up for a cost effective option).
   
   To get a generic sample, there's no need to customize. Simply click Request a sample.

You have the option to add a customized one-sided, postcard-style 5''x3'' greeting card to this gift.

These customized greeting cards are available for a charge of $1.00 per piece, plus a $60 setup fee.

To add this option, click the Customize Button. There, under the Add Greeting Card section, you can select a stock design from our gallery (and add your custom message) or you can upload your own custom design (with your message text included in your art).
