The Marla Red Prayer House Plant

The Marla, a Maranta Red Prayer Plant, is a striking evergreen perennial native to Central and South America. Its leaves have a distinctive purplish-red underside and respond to light by lying flat during the day to soak up the sun and folding upward at night to retain moisture. This nightly movement resembles hands in prayer, giving the plant its name.

This plant comes in a 4" nursery pot. Your plant will arrive packaged in a brown cardboard box specially formulated to hold the plants securely throughout the shipping process. The bottom of the planter will be secured in a bag for extra protection, and a wood stick will be inserted to keep the box upright and further prevent any damage to the plant.

Today, ReVased proudly supports sustainable farms, reduces carbon emissions, minimizes flower waste, and delivers incredibly fresh blooms.
