1. Start ideating now
2. Finalize gifts & designs in October
Aim to have gift selections, along with any custom designs, ready to go by early October. Imprinting takes time, and we want to ensure everything is perfect.
3. Order custom gifts by November
November 1st is the ideal deadline to place orders for corporate holiday gifts, especially custom-branded gift sets. These gifts are holiday crowd-pleasers, so make sure your orders are in to avoid inventory and shipping delays.
4. Upload recipient lists by mid-November
If you haven’t already placed custom orders or are sending eGifts, make sure to get your contacts uploaded by the second week of November, especially if you’re gifting to many people. That way, we can address errors promptly.
5. Non-branded gift orders due in December
If you’re not customizing your gifts, strive to have orders in by December 11th. That gives our vendors plenty of time to get gifts shipped to your recipients.
6. Gift delivery by the holidays
If you’ve followed our guide, gifts should arrive in plenty of time. If you didn’t make the deadlines, schedule an eGift to arrive in their inboxes instead. New Year’s gifts are always an option as well.
